New Chromecast with Google TV appears in retail box video leak

Image
Google’s upcoming Android TV streamer has appeared in multiple leaks over the past few months, including a recent one that revealed all of its specs. Now, Google’s first streaming dongle with a remote control and baked-in Android TV has appeared in a quick video on Reddit (via jSterninja). No, we don’t get to see it in its entirety, but we get a pretty good look at its retail packaging which confirms previous rumors. The first thing you’ll notice (see video below) is the name of the dongle along with an image showing both the streamer and its Google Assistant-enabled remote. It’s a Chromecast with Google TV. Many believe that Google TV is a rebrand of the existing Android TV platform. It’s strange because Google retired the Google TV moniker five years ago in favor of the Android TV name. The company also recently announced the Android 11 update for Android TV, with no mention of a rebranding. Nevertheless, the leaked retail packaging confirms that Google TV is indeed a thing, whether

Tesla reveals its Plaid powertrain will be available for delivery in 2021

Image
As part of its Battery Day presentation, Tesla CEO Elon Musk showed off video of the new “Plaid” version of its Model S sedan, a step up from its “Ludicrous” model. According to the specs on Tesla’s website, the long-awaited Plaid powertrain will have a range between charges of 520 miles, get from zero-to-60 in under two seconds, and a top speed of 200mph. The price is listed on Tesla’s website at $139,990. Musk has been teasing the Plaid for a while, and showed a video last year of a Tesla with the Plaid powertrain, noting it would “cost more than our current offerings.” (The name is apparently a reference from the Mel Brooks movie Spaceballs.) The Plaid Model S debuted last September at the Laguna Seca raceway, where it ran the course in 1 minute and 36 seconds, seen in this video: ag ufabet Line ID @ufa98v2

Image
Bianca Andreescu will miss her third Grand Slam of 2020 after pulling out of the French Open to focus on recovering from a knee injury before a busy 2021. Andreescu, 20, won the 2019 US Open but was injured at the WTA Finals in October and has not competed since. The world number seven said she will now miss the rest of the season. "As hard as it was to come to this conclusion, I have so much to look forward to in 2021, including the Olympics," said the Canadian. "I want to use this time to focus on my game so I can come back stronger and better than ever." GB's Dart wins French Open qualifier Andreescu said she will be able to focus on her "health and training" for the remainder of 2020. After winning her first Grand Slam at Flushing Meadows in 2019, Andreescu missed the Australian Open early this year with the knee injury and, after Wimbledon was postponed, she also withdrew from this month's US Open. Ibrahimovic scores twice in AC Milan win

Image
Zlatan Ibrahimovic scored twice as AC Milan got off to a winning start in Serie A against Bologna at the San Siro stadium. Ibrahimovic, 38, headed in Theo Hernandez's curling cross from the left in the first half before making it 2-0 from the spot after the break. The striker had earlier fired inches wide of the left post in an impressive display. He has now scored a double in three of his last five Serie A appearances. There was a debut for former Manchester City forward Brahim Diaz, on loan from Real Madrid, while it was the fourth season in which Ibrahimovic had scored in the opening match round of Serie A. Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma had to deny Bologna several times in the second half as they pushed for a way back into the game but left-back Mitchell Dijks was sent off for a second yellow card in the 89th minute.   ufa777 Stefano Pioli's side, who finished last season in sixth place - 17 points adrift of champions Juventus - travel to Crotone in their next leagu

Samsung’s Exynos 1000 Could Actually be Better Than the Snapdragon 875

Image
A few days ago we reported how Samsung will be handling all the Snapdragon 875 orders, and while the news was certainly an exciting one, the tip we received today is even better. According to our source, there is a chance that the Samsung Exynos 1000 might actually be better than the Snapdragon 875 that is going to be featured in the flagships smartphones that are going to come out in 2021. With that said, ARM also unveiled their new flagship CPU core designs earlier this year called the Cortex A-78, ARM has claimed that there is a 20% CPU performance and up to 50-% less power consumption for the same performance, in the first place. Which means that this bump is not something to be taken lightly, in the first place. สูตรบาคาร่าแม่นๆ Line ID @ufa98v2

Amazfit Band 5 announced with an AMOLED screen, blood oxygen monitor, and Amazon Alexa support

Image
Huami has announced a new fitness band, dubbed Amazfit Band 5, which is identical to the Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 5 announced back in July. That shouldn't come as a surprise, though, since both smartbands are designed and manufactured by the same company. The Amazfit Band 5 packs a 1.1" AMOLED color screen of 126x294 pixel resolution with more than 45 watch faces. It can monitor heart rate, sleep, menstrual health, and stress. Additionally, the Amazfit Band 5 can also measure your blood-oxygen saturation levels with the SpO2 sensor, which is lacking on the Mi Smart Band 5. The Amazfit Band 5 also comes with breathing exercises and 11 sports modes and has Amazon Alexa support, meaning you can give voice commands to set alarms and timers. That's another feature missing from the Mi Smart Band 5.  สูตรบาคาร่าแม่นๆ The rest of the highlights of the Amazfit Band 5 include 5ATM water resistance and music and camera control. The smart band ships with a 125mAh battery, which Amazfit

Borderlands 3’s Season Pass Expands the Universe, But Not the Fun

Image
After waiting the better part of a decade, fans finally got their hands on Borderlands 3 last year, and the response was…polite. It was more Borderlands, which was all most people really wanted, but most weren't particularly blown away. That’s certainly how I felt (catch up on my 7.5 out of 10 review here). The game ended up with a 78 on Metacritic, so my opinion wasn’t an outlier. Of course, Borderlands games have always offered a healthy array of post-launch content and Borderlands 3 carries on that tradition with a $50 Season Pass. The fourth and final DLC campaign, “Psycho Krieg and the Fantastic Fustercluck,” launched this past Thursday, so it’s the perfect time to look back at the Borderlands 3 Season Pass as a whole. Is this DLC Legendary or not worth a spot in your inventory?   สูตรบาคาร่าฟรี ป๋าเซียน Note: This is an opinion piece, and thus not as detailed a full, scored review would be. Since we didn’t review each Season Pass campaign as they came out, I felt more of a

Facebook Routinely 'Ignored' Efforts to Manipulate Elections Across the Globe: Whistleblower

Image
Facebook has royally screwed up its response to political misinformation, conspiracy theories, and organized manipulation campaigns in the U.S.—where it’s based. Outside the West, the company has long been a sort of absentee landlord that ignores the spread of propaganda, state-backed armies of trolls, and incitement to violence whenever it’s politically inconvenient. An internal memo written by a recently fired Facebook data scientist, which was obtained and summarized by BuzzFeed News on Monday, contains some new and upsetting examples of the company’s “slapdash and haphazard” efforts to prevent itself from becoming a vehicle for dystopia. The former employee, Sophie Zhang, detailed in the memo that Facebook habitually ignored situations that it didn’t believe posed significant public relations risks, effectively delegating decisions that could impact entire countries to mid-level employees like her. According to BuzzFeed’s account of the memo, countries targeted by large networks o

Apple's September 15 'Time Flies' event: what to expect

Image
Apple's first big fall event is upon us but it's nothing like past September events. For starters there won't be any iPhone announcements, despite this being the usual time iPhone announcements happen. Instead Apple will release a pre-recorded video through its website, YouTube and Apple TV. The event titled 'Time Flies' - a subtle hint at the centerpiece of the event - will be all about the Apple Watch, the iPad Air, Apple software and a few interesting announcements. Apple Watch Series 6 The Apple Watch Series 6 will be the star of the show. It's expected to build on the design of the Watch Series 5 but add a Blood Oxygen Saturation (SpO2) sensor, native sleep tracking, and an improved electrocardiogram feature - Series 4 and 5 watches show ECG inconsistencies in the 100-120 heart beats per minute range. Rumors suggest that the Apple Watch Series 6 will drop support for Force Touch, which will theoretically free up some space inside the watch for other thing

Nuno Espirito Santo: Wolves boss close to agreeing new deal

Image
Wolverhampton Wanderers boss Nuno Espirito Santo is close to agreeing a new contract. Nuno has one year left on his existing deal but club bosses are keen for the 46-year-old to extend his stay. The Portuguese has taken Wolves from the middle of the Championship to their first European quarter-final in almost 50 years in the three seasons he has been in charge. It is understood talks have progressed well and an announcement is due soon. "In terms of the contract, I don't have to worry about anything because it's not my job," he said. "I don't negotiate contracts, I just wait for an email or a call to say 'go ahead'." Wolves face Sheffield United in their opening Premier League game of the season on Monday. Although Wolves have just made three signings in a week, including a club record £35.6m for Porto's 18-year-old forward Fabio Silva, Nuno says his squad "is not complete yet". A fresh bid for Arsenal full-back Ainsley Maitland-N

Bianca Andreescu's open letter to Billie Jean King & Original 9 before 50th anniversary

Image
Fifty years ago, nine female tennis players - including Billie Jean King - risked their careers by signing up for a new tournament. Despite the threat of being banned from Grand Slams, they made the move to try to improve pay and opportunities in the women's game. Their actions on 23 September 1970 eventually led to the creation of the WTA Tour, and then later equal prize money at the Grand Slams and other events, making tennis one of the most equal sports. Here, 2019 US Open champion Bianca Andreescu writes an open letter to those players, known as the "Original 9": Peaches Bartkowicz, Rosie Casals, Judy Dalton, Julie Heldman, King, Kerry Melville, Kristy Pigeon, Nancy Richey and Valerie Ziegenfuss. Dear Original 9, Without your gutsy actions, vision and determination for a better future for women's tennis, we wouldn't be here today. When I lifted the US Open trophy last year and got the winner's cheque - I know that it is thanks in no small part to you and

Kylian Mbappe: France forward tests positive for coronavirus

Image
Paris St-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe has tested positive for coronavirus and will miss France's Nations League match against Croatia on Tuesday. Six Paris St-Germain players tested positive for coronavirus last week, with Mbappe's result putting the start of their Ligue 1 season in doubt. Mbappe, 21, scored the only goal as France beat Sweden in their Nations League opener on Saturday. He was placed away from team-mates on Monday and has since been sent home. France face Croatia at the Stade de France at 19:45 BST on Tuesday. "His Covid-19 test carried out by Uefa on Monday morning revealed a positive result, he was separated from the squad after receiving the results at the end of training and returned home in the evening," the France Football Federation confirmed. "Mbappe was tested before joining up with the squad. The result was negative, like that of a test taken on Wednesday at Uefa's request for the Sweden game," it added. Reigning champions P

Mason Greenwood: Manchester United forward ready to compete for England place

Mason Greenwood scored for England U21s last November and has now earned his first senior call-up Mason Greenwood says he is ready to challenge England's more experienced forwards for a starting place after earning his first senior call-up. The 18-year-old has been included in Gareth Southgate's squad after an impressive season at Manchester United, scoring 17 goals in all competitions. Greenwood faces stiff competition for game time with England, where he will compete with fellow strikers Harry Kane, Tammy Abraham and Danny Ings, but he is up for the fight. "It's a dream come true being selected for England, it's every young boy's dream," said Greenwood. "I'm privileged and honoured to be selected. It's a good group of lads and I'm just happy to be here. "It's good that everyone is pushing for places, it makes the training better. ufa-bet Line ID @ufa98v2

Kyle Walker: 'I made bad decisions' over lockdown breaches, says England full back

Image
Manchester City defender Kyle Walker says he made "bad decisions" when he broke coronavirus lockdown guidelines twice earlier this year. The 29-year-old is in the England squad for the upcoming Nations League matches against Iceland and Denmark. But in May he had to apologise after two lockdown breaches. "I reflect on my decision making. They were bad decisions from me at an important time for the country," he told BBC Radio 5 Live's John Murray. "I take full responsibility for that but I'm moving on now. "Me and the boss [England manager Gareth Southgate] spoke after the lockdown incidents and, you know, he assured me that we all make mistakes. "Obviously, mine were on a bigger scale and gets magnified with me being in the public eye and a role model, so I have to take full responsibility for my actions, which I have done." Walker, who has 48 caps but has not played in any of England's last six matches, said he was now hoping to re
